What types of commercial customers have you worked with?
We work with a broad range of commercial customers from different industries and sectors. Our main commercial customer base includes airports, commercial offices, solicitors and schools. We also carry out work for nuclear power plants, as nuclear has the smallest carbon footprint and therefore essential in our response to climate change and greenhouse gas emissions. This is something we are very passionate about.
What does most of your commercial work involve?
We carry out a broad range of electrical work for our commercial clients, however the main jobs include: new installation, testing and maintenance. We also install and maintain EV chargers, as there is an increasing demand for multiple EV charging points from customers with fleets of electrical cars.

Examples of commercial customers we have worked with includes: SRS works, Barrett and Thomson Solicitors, St Anthony Primary School, Gridserve office maintenance.
What work have you carried out for airports?
The main work we undertake at airports includes testing, new installation, office fit out, fault finding and maintenance.
Facilities management service
We offer our commercial clients a full facilities management service including mechanical and electrical, reactive and planned. Once the job is complete, we offer ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure all electrical installations continue to run flawlessly. As with all of our work, we opt for methods and equipment that will have minimal impact on the environment.
Commercial Security
Lyes Electrical offers security systems that are professionally installed and specifically designed and tailored to the type of location. This includes everything from an intuitive alarm system to CCTV camera installation. We can also install card or code entry systems for an extra level of security. Airports
The Lyes Electrical team can conduct electrical work at airports across the UK. We work in collaboration with other contractors to carry out maintenance, complete installation work and commissioning across all terminals at Heathrow airport.
